Pois é, a necessidade de revitalizar o DB se faz cada vez mais urgente. Enquanto eu arranco os cabelos de frustração e me pergunto o que fazer com isso aqui enquanto eu me torno mais e mais concisa, me acostumando a reduzir minhas idéias a 140 caracteres
damn you, Twitter!, decidi voltar às origens desse blog...
E postar um monte de testes, inúteis mas divertidos.
Pra coisa não ficar mais tosca e aleatória do que já é, decidi escolher temas e falar um pouquinho sobre eles antes de postar os testes.
O de hoje é
doces e sobremesas!
Eu admito. Amo chocolates (sou chocólatra), amo doces, embora nem sempre tenha sido assim... Quando eu era pequena, torcia o nariz pro brigadeiro nas festinhas. Adorava as coxinhas e salgadinhos. Aí depois dos 11 anos mais ou menos começou a mania de doce. Até bem pouco tempo atrás, eu tinha necessidade de comer chocolate depois do almoço, nem que fosse uma colher de Nescau!
Eu também adoro bolos decorados. Morro de vontade de aprender a fazer, é incrível o que algumas pessoas conseguem construir só com açúcar, farinha e alguns outros ingredientes.
Sim, isso é um BOLO. Mais obras de arte culinárias lá no Pink Cake BoxNão me venham usar as palavras "dieta", "calorias" e "glicose" nos comentários, ok?

Pra quem é louco por açúcar como eu e passau vontade com todos esses testes culinários, aí vai uma receita maravilhosa de cupcakes que encontrei no
Receita Perfeita e que ficou ótima a despeito de ser a primeira vez que eu fazia bolinhos (da massa à cobertura) sozinha, sem usar mistura pronta nem nada:
Cupcake ou Bolo de Chocolate com Glacê de Chocolate
Rendimento: ±24 cupcakes
Ingredientes
Massa:
1 e 3/4 xícara de farinha de trigo
1/3 xícara de chocolate em pó
1 e 1/2 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó
1 colher (chá) de bicarbonato
1/2 colher (chá) de sal
1/2 xícara de óleo
1/4 xícara de manteiga sem sal, amolecida
1 xícara de açúcar
1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha
3 ovos grandes
1 xícara de chocolate meio amargo, derretido
1 xícara de buttermilk*
Glacê:
2/3 xícara de açucar
1/3 xícara de farinha
3 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
1/8 colher (chá) de sal
1 xícara de leite
1 xícara de manteiga sem sal, amolecida
1 xícara de chocolate meio amargo, derretido
Preparo
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C. Unte ou forre forminhas de muffin.
Peneire os ingredientes secos juntos. Numa tigela, bata o óleo, a manteiga, o açucar e a baunilha até ficar cremoso, cerca de 2 minutos. Acrescente os ovos, um a um, e bata. Junte o chocolate derretido e bata até incorporar. Em velocidade baixa acrescente a mistura de ingredientes secos, alternando com o buttermilk e bata até misturar bem, cerca de 2 a 3 minutos.
Divida a massa nas forminhas e asse por 20-25 minutos, ou até que o teste do palito saia limpo.
Para o glacê, coloque numa panela o açucar, a farinha, o chocolate me pó, o sal e o leite e deixe ferver, mexendo sempre. Ferva por 1 minuto ou até engrossar. Retire do fogo e passe o glacê numa peneira. Leve para esfriar na geladeira
Enquanto isso bata a manteiga até ficar cremosa, cerca de 1 minuto. Acrescente o “mousse” de chocolate e misture até incorporar, cerca de 1 minuto. Acrescente o chocolate derretido e bata até ficar cremoso e fofo, cerca de 2 minutos. Cubra os cupcakes com o glacê com a ajuda de um saco de confeitar ou com uma colher.
*Receitinha relâmpago de buttermilk:
Para cada xícara de buttermilk que a receita pedir, coloque 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão ou vinagre branco em um recipiente graduado, e acrescente leite até completar uma xícara. Deixe descansar por cerca de 10 minutos antes de usar.Fica uma delícia! Super fofinho, além do glacê ser uma das coisas mais gostosas que eu já comi na vida!

Normalidade tem gosto de papelão
Rotina não tem sabor. Não tem gosto bom. Tem gosto de papelão, que nem aqueles biscoitos cream craker que ficam no pacote por tempo demais.
Eu continuo bloqueada. Não consigo mais escrever aqui, não sei por que. Nada de interessante acontece. Eu poderia falar sobre faculdade, mas estranhamente não tenho vontade. Agora que acabou a escola, as coisas simplesmente sossegaram mais.
...Aaah! Hoje comi um cheeseburger duplo. Como eu não costumo comer sanduíches de duas camdas, isso É um acontecimento.

Lições da vida...
Então hoje eu fui ajudar minha mãe a selecionar as cartinhas para o projeto Papai Noel dos Correios.
Não sei se ele existe em outros estados, ou se é só aqui da DR/BA, mas basicamente ele se trata de um projeto onde cartinhas que crianças enviam para o Papai Noel são lidas, selecionadas e colocadas à disposição dos clientes da agência central pra serem adotadas, e assim ter o seu desejo atendido. É um projeto muito bonito, e só esse ano já foram cadastradas no sistema aproximadamente oito mil cartinhas de crianças que vêm pedir uma chance de ter seu sonho realizado, ou até mesmo suas necessidades básicas atendidas.
É muito bonito, e ao mesmo tempo muito triste... só quem lê todas as cartinhas pode ver a dimensão disso. Tem muitas que pedem biclicletas, brinquedos, videogames, claro. Mas também tem algumas que pedem roupas, cestas básicas, material escolar, emprego pros pais, ou até mesmo moradia. Dói no coração da gente. Dói mais por saber que emprego e casa são coisas que Papai Noel não pode dar, mas a gente atende do jeito que consegue.
Eu e minha mãe adotamos uma cartinha. Era linda, linda... uma menina de dez anos, que escreveu com todo o amor, contando a vidinha dela toda. Agradeceu o presente que recebeu no ano anterior (quem alguma vez já se lembrou de agradecer ao velho e bom Papai Noel? Eu me senti até mal, porque quando era pequena nunca sequer pensei nisso), e contou que o ano dela tinha sido muito difícil. Disse seus problemas, mas no fim disse que ainda assim é feliz, porque tem uma família que a ama muito.
Eu e minha mãe choramos. Dói muito no coração da gente.
